Adding Bookings

Pet Manager accommodates a range of Area Types, each supported by a dedicated booking form to streamline and standardise booking creation.

There are several access points for these booking forms, and the method available will vary based on your current location within the platform and the features you have switched on.

Adding Bookings from the Dashboard.

Adding Bookings from the Customers Profile

Adding Bookings from the Pets Profile

Adding a booking via the Scheduler	Or when viewing a specific Area Type

Adding a booking from the Staff Roster	If the staff member covers multiple areas, you can select the correct one from the options provided.

Note: The options shown below will depend on the areas you have created and are enabled in your settings.

• Add Boarding Booking - Overnight stays
• Add Daycare Bookings (Standard) - Daycare stays
• Add Daycare Bookings (Services) - Daycare stays
• Add Training (Session/Course) Booking - Set training sessions or courses for groups or individual pets
• Add Training (Custom Time) Booking - Private training
• Add Grooming Booking - Grooming bookings
• Add Walking (Session) Booking - Set walking session
• Add Walking (Custom Time) Booking - Private walking session 
• Add In Home Booking - Attending customers homes to care for pets
• Add Dog Park Booking - Book out the on-site dog park
• Add Hydrotherapy (Session) Booking - Fixed hydrotherapy sessions
• Add Hydrotherapy (Custom Time) Booking - Private hydrotherapy sessions
