Training Service bookings are created when one or more pets belonging to the same owner attend a Private Training session at your facility. Multiple services can be grouped together as a single booking (up to 50).
Each service requires a room with available capacity and a staff member rostered on.

To add a private training booking from the admin area, navigate to the customers or pets profile and select Add Training (Private) form the add booking button .
You can also add bookings by going to the top left menus and selecting, Bookings > Add Bookings, then Add Training (Private) option.
Training Service Booking Form Fields
Customer – Select the customer for whom you are making the booking.
- You can also create a new customer by clicking the blue plus icon.
- If the booking is made from the customer’s profile, this field will automatically populate with that customer.
Location – When using the Multi-Site plan, select the location where the service will be held.
Area – This field will automatically default to the service you are booking.
Training Service – Select the training service required for the booking from the dropdown menu.

Pets – Select the pet or pets that will be attending the service.
- You can also create a new pet by clicking the
button.
Staff – Select the staff member or members who will be providing the service.
- Staff members can be created in “Account” in the Settings menu. See HERE for mor information.
- If this field is left blank, the system will automatically assign the first available staff member to the booking.
Date – Select the date on which you want to schedule the booking.
- The available dates that the service can be booked will show on the date picker.
Manage Roster - This is an active button that navigates to the staff roster, allowing you to amend or add additional time slots.
Time – Select the time at which you want to schedule the booking.
- The available times for the service will be displayed in the dropdown menu, together with the assigned staff member.
- Availability is determined by the staff roster, ensuring that only times with an available staff member are shown.
If you wish to add additional services within the same category, to the booking, you can click the button at the bottom of the panel.
Notes - Use this field to add any additional information or booking details that may be required.
Personal Items - Use this field to add any additional information about personal items that the owner/pet may bring along to the service.
Add Extras - Enables you to include any additional extras that may be associated with the service.
Booking Details
A summary of the booking details, including pricing and invoice line items, appears on the right side of the screen when using a desktop device, or below the booking form on mobile devices. This section also displays the customer’s most recent previous booking and all pets they own for reference.
Invoice Total - Confirms the total cost of the booking and provides the option to allocate tokens. The required amount, along with the customer’s available tokens, is displayed beneath the Use tokens field.
Add Package - Enables you to assign the booking to a pre‑purchased package.
Once the booking form has been completed and the details reviewed, click to proceed with the standard booking and invoicing process.
