Cloning is a powerful time-saver that allows you to quickly replicate the details of an existing stay. It is particularly useful if a booking has been cancelled in error, as cancelled bookings cannot be reinstated - cloning allows you to "restore" the reservation instantly. It is also an efficient way to set up recurring stays for regular guests or to handle complex multi-pet bookings without manual re-entry.
From within the booking you wish to clone, simply click on the edit button in the top right of screen. You will see the option to 'Clone Booking'.
Upon selecting Clone Booking, the system will open a new form pre‑populated with the original booking details. You may amend any fields as required or retain the existing information to produce an exact duplicate.
When you have completed any changes select
You will then be directed to the Booking Overview page, under the Invoices / Quotes tab, where you can create an invoice or quote, to complete the new booking.
