This feature enables you to set up ongoing bookings with ease, helping maintain a consistent schedule for recurring services such as daycare or grooming. By automating repeat patterns—daily, weekly, or custom intervals—it reduces manual entry, improves planning accuracy, and ensures continuity of care for pets with regular routines.

To configure your Repeating Bookings go to Settings > General.
Then click Repeating Bookings from the left side menu.
Daycare
Daycare Repeating Week Enable - When enabled, the system allows users to repeat the same booking pattern across multiple weeks.
When this setting is enabled, additional configuration fields will appear
Daycare Repeating Week Portal - When Admin Only is turned on it will only work in the admin end. When Portal/Admin is turned on it will be shown in the customer portal as well as admin.
Daycare Repeating Auto Weeks - The number of weeks in advance to automate the bookings. e.g. if set to 12 it will maintain 12 weeks of bookings ahead of today at all times. The maximum value for this is 64 weeks.
Daycare Repeating Month Enable - Bookings are grouped each month together as well as week. This allows simpler use cases such as memberships and subscriptions when they become available to be utilized using this feature.
Daycare Repeating Month Portal - When Admin Only is turned on it will only work in the admin end. When Portal/Admin is turned on it will be shown in the customer portal as well as admin.
Daycare Repeating Auto Months - The number of months in advance to automate the bookings. e.g. if set to 2 months it will maintain 2 months of bookings ahead of today at all times.
In Home
In Home Repeating Week Enable - Choose whether to allow repeating week bookings for training.
When this setting is enabled, additional configuration fields will appear
