Business Details

Quick Snapshot

Business details contains general business information and contact details including:

• General
• Phone
• Email
• Address
• Web/Social

Access Business Details

To access Business Details go to the Settings > General and then Business Details from the left hand column.

To upload your business's logo select the image that says Click to upload logo and upload from your local computer or device.

There are a number of sections on this page.

General

Business information will appear in emails sent through Pet Manager. ABN / GST will appear on invoices.

• Business Name - The name of your business.
• Owner Name - The name of the business owner, or you can put the name of your team, e.g. Pet Resort Name Team
• ABN / GST - ABN only appears if you are an Australian business, if you are a New Zealand business it will be a GST number. Otherwise this field will not display.

Phone

Phone information appears on the bottom of emails sent through Pet Manager.

• Phone - Your business phone number.
• Fax - Your business fax number.
• Mobile - Your business mobile number.
• Phone Prefix - The phone prefix will be automatically calculated based on your location.
• SMS From - The SMS from in Australia can be a word, e.g. BestPet. Otherwise you can call us to verify a phone number. This allows text messages sent through Pet Manager to appear to come from that number and allow you to receive responses. If you are outside of Australia, unfortunately neither of these options will be available to you.

Email

Emails generated from Pet Manager will be sent from [e-mail] with a 'reply to' address of this email address. That will allow your clients to reply to you.

• Email - The main email address for sending emails. 
• Subscription Email - The email address our invoices from Pet Manager will be sent to.

Address

This address is used when calculating distances to customers homes for taxi services.

• Address - Your business street address.
• Suburb - The suburb your business is located in. Click on the drop down box to search for a suburb that relates to your premises. You can add a new suburb if required through Settings > General > Cities / Suburbs.

Web / Social

The social links below are utilised in the footer of emails generated by Pet Manager.

• Website - Your business website URL.
• Facebook - Your business facebook page. Only put your account username, if you don't already have a username for your page, we recommend adding one in facebook.
• Instagram - Your Instagram account handle or username.
• X - Your X account handle or username.
