Pet Manager allows you to request feedback and star ratings from your customers either through a link on the booking or by sending a departure email after check-out.
Reviews are important because they build trust, influence customer decisions, and help businesses improve through feedback.

To use the Reviews feature, enable it by going to Settings > Customization
Under the Features section, you'll find a toggle to enable or disable the Reviews feature.
Review Settings
Once the Reviews feature is enabled, you can customise the types of questions your customers are asked.
To do this, go to: Settings > General > Reviews and adjust the options in the Review Settings section.
Then click Reviews from the left side menu.
- Reviews Advanced - Enables a detail list of options that require star ratings.
- Reviews Happy - Asks a yes/no question "Did the Pet(s) appear happy on departure?" and includes a comment box for additional feedback.
- Reviews Healthy - Asks a yes/no question "Did the Pet(s) appear healthy on departure?" and includes a comment box for additional feedback.
- Reviews Digital Signature - Requests a digital signature from the customer at the end of the review.

Requesting a Review
If you enable the Reviews section in Pet Manager, you need to think about the best way your customer can complete them. Is that in person or via email? They can be completed by the customer via a link located on the booking summary. (You can click the link and hand a tablet or iPad to the customer to complete the review in person).
Or you can also send the customer a "Departure" email with a link in requesting them to complete the review form.
