In-Home Sessions – Use this option when staff are visiting a customer’s home to look after their pets. Instead of entering arrival and departure times manually, you can select from ready-made time slots for example morning, mid-day, or afternoon.
This makes creating bookings faster, more consistent, and less prone to scheduling errors.
In This Article
To configure your In Home Session Times, go to Settings > General.
Then click In-Home Session Times from the left side menu.
Creating In-Home Session Times
To create a new In-Home Session Time click the blue button the top right.
Name – The label of the session time. This will show on the In Home booking forms, including customer portal, example - morning, mid-day, or afternoon.
Start Time – This will be used as the booking checkin time for this session.
End Time – This will be used as the booking checkout time for this session.
Once created click the button.
In-Home Overview
From the overview table, you can edit the session name and times either by clicking the underlined text or by selecting the green Edit button.
The dropdown next to edit will allow you to delete the times.
You can adjust the order in which items appear by using the arrow icons to drag and drop them into your preferred sequence.
