Use this section to personalise how things are named in the system. You can change labels, headings and messages so they better suit your business language and make the system easier to navigate.
In This Article
You can manage the System Language by going to Settings > General.
Then click on Language from the left hand menu
Translation
Translation - When enabled will translate the system to the desired language.
You will find the Select Language drop down menu located on bottom right of each page
Wording
Customer Not Welcome Wording - This is visible next to the customers' name when selected on the individual's account.
Pet Unassessed Warning - An information message will be displayed under the Booking Details section whenever you create a booking for a new pet that has not yet been assessed in the system.
Late Checkout Wording - When this feature is enabled, the system will automatically add an additional charge to the booking once the check-out time is amended in the original booking.
The charge will be visible under the Booking Details section and will then appear on the consolidated invoice.
Surcharge Wording - When a surcharge is applied to pass Stripe fees onto customers, this text will appear as a separate item line on their invoice.
It will only apply to online Stripe payments. The fee is automatically calculated.
Note: Some countries restrict surcharges to the actual card processing fee.
Invoice Title Wording - Visible on invoices highlighting the type of billing.
Quote Title Wording - Visible on Quotes highlighting the type of billing.
Quote Wording - Additional option to add wording onto a Quote.
Retail
Adjustment Default Wording - This will be displayed on the invoice as an item description whenever a manual adjustment has been added to a booking.
Adjustment Retail Default Wording - This will be displayed on the invoice as an item description whenever a manual adjustment has been added to a Sales Order.
Retail Box Default Label - This text field allows you to customize the label used for bulk unit containers when setting up sales products (e.g., you can change the default 'Box' label to something else, like 'Cartons' or 'Cases'). This visibility appears under the 'This product comes in Boxes' section when editing your sales products.
Items
Boarding Item Name - Allows you to personalize how the boarding accommodation type is named on the booking forms and booking calendar.
Daycare Item Name - Allows you to personalize how the Daycare type is named on the booking forms and booking calendar.
Training Item Name - Allows you to personalize how the area is named (for example, instead of Room it can be named Hall).
Grooming Item Name - Allows you to personalize how the area type is named (for example, instead of Station it can be named Grooming Bath).
Walking Item Name - Allows you to personalize how the availability slots are named for the Walking Services.
Dog Park Item Name - Allows you to personalize how the Park Type is named (for example you could rename the Park to Play Zone)
Hydrotherapy Item Name - Allows you to personalize how the Hydrotherapy Type is named (for example you could rename the Pool to Bath).
These above changes can be seen when viewing the Bookings Calendar.
Once edited press the Green Save button bottom right .
