Stripe Online Payments provides a reliable way to collect payments at the time of booking. By integrating with Stripe, you can offer customers a quick, familiar, and secure payment process, while the system automatically updates bookings and financial records. This reduces no‑shows, minimises manual work, and ensures payments are received upfront.

To connect your Stripe Online account, go to Settings > Integrations
From here, you can select the Stripe integration tile to move forward with the setup.
Connecting to Stripe
Expand Step 1 – Connect to Stripe, then click Connect to be taken to the Stripe website, where you can being the integration.
You will need to have set up a Stripe account first, and then you’ll be able to log in here. |
If you don’t yet have a Stripe account, enter your email address, select continue and follow the prompts to create a new free account.
If your system uses the multi‑site features and each location has its own Stripe account, you can configure these under the corresponding site tabs.
If you use multiple Stripe accounts, saved payment methods must be stored on the Pet Manager Stripe account so they can be used across all locations.

Disconnecting from Stripe
Once you have authorized the connection to Stripe, you will be able to continue with the setup process. If you wish to disconnect in the future, you can click the Disconnect button.
If a Stripe Terminal is connected, an extra message will appear to warn you that disconnecting your Stripe account will also turn off terminal payments.
| Important: If you wish to change the Stripe Account that your Pet Manager account connects to, please contact Pet Manager support so we can clear old data from your account prior to connecting the new account. |
