There are 3 different ways payment can be made using our Stripe integration.
Pay Now Link
Once you have enabled Stripe Online Payments, your customers will see a link to Pay Online Now in all their invoices.
That link will take them to an online version of the invoice.
Clicking the Make Payment button here will present them with a form to enter their card details and complete the payment.
Portal Payments
If you are using the customer portal and have set the Portal Payment Level setting to one of the online payment options, your customers will see a Pay Invoice button on their invoices in the portal.
Clicking the button will open a new form to make payment – they can select from their saved payment methods or add a new payment method if required.
Adding a payment method simply requires them to enter the card number, expiry date and CVC.
Admin Payments
Payments can also be made in the Pet Manager admin. To do this, find an invoice with an amount owing and click Stripe Payment in the dropdown menu.
Here you will be able to adjust the amount and choose from one of the customers saved payment methods. You can also add a new payment method from here if required.
