When repeat bookings are created, they are collected in a dedicated Repeat Booking List which can be accessed from the Customer Profile. This allows you to easily view, manage, and track all automated booking cycles in one location, including the status of each series and upcoming bookings.

Viewing Repeat Bookings
To view a customer’s repeat bookings, go to their profile and open the Repeat Bookings tab. This section lists all active and scheduled recurring bookings. Showing the scheduled days, end date, and repeat count.
Viewing Stopped Repeat Bookings
If you have any repeat bookings that have stopped—either because they reached the end of their cycle or because you manually decided to stop them—they won't automatically show up in the Repeat Bookings window.
To view these stopped cycles, you just need to toggle the button 'Show Completed' located in the top right corner of that window.
When they appear, you will be able to identify them by the line struck through the date, which indicates they are inactive. You will also notice that the Stop button is no longer clickable.
| Tip: If you have only stopped the repeat bookings, the system won't automatically delete the bookings that have already been created - you still need to go into the stopped repeat cycle and manually click the Delete button if that is what you wish. |
Managing Repeat Bookings
From the Repeat Bookings tab you can also manage the following:
Weekly
Pause or Stop all bookings within the Repeat Booking.
Multi-day weekly bookings display each day in a separate tile, with controls to pause, stop, or delete individual entries.
Monthly
Pause or Stop all bookings within the Repeat Booking.
Delete the full series.
Crucially, please note: If you delete the forthcoming repeat dates but have not officially stopped the cycle, the booking is still active and will simply start repeating again once those deleted booking dates have passed. Always click Stop after delete if this is what you wish!
The Repeating icon indicates bookings that were created as part of a repeat booking schedule.
The Group icon identifies bookings that have been grouped together based on their schedule or pattern.
Repeat Bookings will be grouped by schedule—either weekly or monthly—based on the selected repeat pattern. These grouped bookings can be viewed under the Booking Group tab.
Viewing bookings within their grouped schedule—weekly or monthly—allows for streamlined billing management based on the set pattern.
