Does Connection to Xero cost an additional amount?
Yes - Pet Manager to Xero connection is provided through an addon within Pet Manager. To enable this, you must agree to the additional amount to be added to your monthly subscription.

You are also responsible for paying for your Xero subscription separately from Pet Manager. Please see their pricing page for details on the cost of Xero.
When does data syncing occur?
Once you have completed all the 4 setup steps and pressed the Start Syncing Data button, the data will be automatically synced in the background. Syncing is a continuous process and the amount of data to be synced will affect the length of time it will take to sync.
You do not need to press any further buttons to initiate syncing.
What do I do if I have lost connection to Xero from Pet Manager?
Simply return to the Xero integration settings by going to the Integrations option under the Settings menu.
If the status is not connected then click the Connect button and then login to xero and select the correct account to commence syncing again.
How do I see why a certain invoice is not syncing?
You can view the live results of what is syncing on the Accounting Dashboard icon in the top right of the tool bar. Clicking on the icon will take you directly to the dashboard.
The Accounting Dashboard displays the results of each sync and highlights any issues. If you’re unsure how to resolve a sync problem, our support team can help.
How to disconnect my Pet Manager account from Xero
If you ever need to disconnect your Pet Manager account from Xero, go to Settings > Integrations, then select Xero from the left‑hand menu.
Expand Step 1: Connect to Xero. Here, you will see the button showing your current connection status, along with an option to Disconnect. Simply select the disconnect button.
