Xero is an optional add‑on within Pet Manager, and it must be enabled before you can use any of its features. Enabling the integration allows Pet Manager to sync your contacts, invoices, payments, and multi‑site data directly to your Xero account.
There is an additional cost to activate the Xero add‑on. The current pricing is as follows:
- Starter, Standard & Deluxe - $16.50/month
- Multi-Site & Enterprise - $55/month
You must be a paid subscriber to our software to use the addon – it cannot be enabled for trial subscriptions.
Billing for the Xero addon is aligned with your Pet Manager subscription. Your bill for the current month will be pro-rata until it aligns with your main subscription. The first month may appear higher.
For example, if you are billed on the 14th of the month and you enable Xero on the 1st of the month, then you would pay part of the month until the 14th on the 14th, then the full month from the 14th onwards.
Billing begins immediately upon enabling the addon.
