Bus Route Schedule Overview Table
Use this table to monitor and manage individual bus schedules. At a glance, you can review essential details such as:
Route Identity - Name and assigned bus.
Capacity & Stops - Total vehicle capacity and the number of stops included in the route.
Search & Filter Tools: To help you find specific information quickly, you can filter the list by Bus, Bus Stop or use the Search bar to look for specific keywords. You can also adjust the Entries per page setting to view more results at once.
From this screen, you can perform quick inline edits to names and capacities, or use the action menu to View, Edit, or Delete a route.

When this setting is enabled, the system automatically generates repeat schedules for routes based on the number entered in Bus Route Auto Weeks. If the setting is disabled or no number is provided, the system will not create future available dates.
Once edited press the button.
Adding a New Bus Route Schedule

When setting up a new route, you can add as many stops as you like. Just make sure the number of stops, and where they’re located, can realistically be completed within the route’s planned start and finish times.
Bus Stop - Choose a pre-determined stop from the dropdown menu. If you need to add a new stop, you can do so directly from this screen by clicking the button.
Stop Time - Allocate the specific time at which the bus is scheduled to arrive at this stop.
Cost - The price entered here overrides the cost defined in the Transport Services Extra, allowing you to charge different amounts based on the journey, location, or distance. If left blank the journey will be charged at the base rate set in the Service Extra.
You can rearrange the order of stop entries by using the drag-and-drop handle . Simply click and drag each price to the desired position in the list.
Once edited press the button.
