Adding a New Bus Stop
To add a new Bus Stop click on the button top right.
Name - Defines the identifying label for the bus stop. This name is shown to admin and staff whenever the stop is selected or assigned to a route.
Address Type - Defines which address the system should use for route planning.
- Customer - This stop type is restricted to customers with an address matching the suburb of the stop. During bus route calculation, the system substitutes the stop address with the customer’s address.
- Shared - This stop type applies to a public place rather than a customer-specific address. During route calculation, the system uses the shared address as the routing point for both collection and drop‑off
Address* - Visible only when the Shared option is enabled. Enter the first line of the address that will be used for this bus stop.
City/Suburb* - Enter the city or suburb for the address. Depending on your system configuration, the remaining fields (State/Region, Country, and Postcode) will either auto‑populate or require manual entry.
Active - Determines the Bus Stop status. Active stops can be used; inactive ones are unavailable for allocating to routes.
