Bus Routes - Dashboard

When using the Bus Transport features in Pet Manager, it’s important to view all daily information in one place for quick reference and effective planning. The Bus Routes dashboard is designed to provide this overview and allows you to navigate directly to more detailed route information as needed.

 To access the dashboard go to Dashboard > Bus Routes

Dashboard Overview

The dashboard interface opens directly to the date associated with the day you are viewing, displaying all routes planned for that day. If no routes are scheduled, the page will display a message confirming that no routes are available.

To open the filter and search options use the button top right.

Select Location - Choose the destination for the bus route, if you are using the Multi-Site feature you could have buses going to different sites.

Select Bus - Choose the bus you want to view along with its available routes.

Select Route Schedule  - Choose the route you want to view dates for. Only routes configured as scheduled routes will appear; one‑off routes are not included.

The calendar displays all dates that have Bus Routes available, allowing you to select the date you need.

You’ll then see a list of available routes. To view more details, just click the dropdown arrow on the right side of the section you want to expand.

	Name of the Bus Route
	Name of the Bus assigned to the route
	Shows the route can be booked for Pickups and displays booked vs. total spaces.
	Shows the route can be booked for Dropoffs and displays booked vs. available spaces.
	When both are displayed, it shows the route can be booked for both Pickups and Dropoffs and displays booked vs. available spaces.
	Name allocated to the Bus Stop
	Address of the Bus Stop
	Indicates the number of Pickups for that stop
	Indicates the number of Dropoffs for that stop
	Indicates if the address used is the customers address. X -  a shared public address ✓ - customers address used
	Indicates the time the bus will be at the stop
	Indicates the total number of Routes available for that day.
	Indicates the total number of Stops available for that day across all routes.
	Indicates the total number of Pickups booked for that day across all routes.
	Indicates the total number of Dropoffs booked for that day across all routes.

From the Dashboard, you can navigate to a detailed view of the route or open directions in Google Maps by selecting either button located at the top right of the section.
