When using Bus Services, Pet Manager allows you to add each bus individually, assign it to the correct routes, and set its pet‑carrying capacity. This helps the system manage availability, prevent over‑allocation, and ensure that every route operates within safe transport limits.

To manage your Buses go to Settings > Extras.
Then navigate to Buses in the left side menu.
Buses Overview Table
Use this table to view all buses in the system, including both active and inactive ones. From here, you can quickly edit each bus’s name or capacity and switch the Active status on or off as needed.
To edit a Bus click on the button at the end of each line entry.
To delete a Bus click on the arrow next to Edit.
Routes - Displays how many routes the bus is linked to, helping you track its usage at a glance.
Show Inactive - When toggled to OFF it will hide all inactive Buses.
Search - Filters by matching full or partial names.
Adding a Bus
To add a new Bus click on the button top right.
Name - Sets the identifying label for each bus, helping you quickly distinguish and assign the correct vehicle to its routes.
Capacity - This is where you specify how many pets the bus can accommodate.
Active - Determines the buses status. Active buses can be used; inactive ones are unavailable for allocating to routes.
Once edited press the button.
