Training Group Sessions are individual bookings held at specific times and priced per session, where pets from different families can attend together in a group setting.
To add a training session booking from the admin area, navigate to the customers or pets profile and select Add Training (Session/Course) form the add booking button
You can also add bookings by going to the top left menus and selecting, Bookings > Add Bookings, then Add Training (Session/Course) option.
Training Session Booking Form Fields
To book a training session, make sure the Course/Session toggle is set to Session.
Customer – Select the customer for whom you are making the booking.
- You can also create a new customer by clicking the blue plus icon.
- If the booking is made from the customer’s profile, this field will automatically populate with that customer.
Location – When using the Multi-Site plan, select the location where the service will be held.
Booking Type – Select the type of booking you are creating.
- Session(s) – this will create bookings for one or more specific sessions.
Area – This field will automatically default to the service you are booking.
Training Session Type – Select the training session required for the booking from the dropdown menu.
- Training sessions can be created in “Courses, Sessions & Services” in the Settings menu. See HERE for more information.
Pets – Select the pet or pets that will be attending the course.
- You can also create a new pet by clicking the
button.
Date – Select the date on which you want to schedule the booking.
- The available dates that the sessions can be booked will show on the date picker.
Manage Sessions - Opens the session management area in a new browser tab, where you can edit existing sessions or add new ones as needed.
Once the dates are selected, the system will confirm them together with the session start time, displayed to the right of the date field
Additional sessions can be added to the booking by selecting the button.
Notes - Use this field to add any additional information or booking details that may be required.
Personal Items - Use this field to add any additional information about personal items that the owner/pet may bring along to the session.
Add Extras - Enables you to include any additional extras that may be associated with the course.
A summary of the booking details, including pricing and invoice line items, appears on the right side of the screen when using a desktop device, or below the booking form on mobile devices. This section also displays the customer’s pets they own for reference.
Invoice Total - Confirms the total cost of the booking and provides the option to allocate tokens. The required amount, along with the customer’s available tokens, is displayed beneath the Use tokens field
Add Package - Enables you to assign the booking to a pre‑purchased package.
Once the booking form has been completed and the details reviewed, click to proceed with the standard booking and invoicing process.
