Users can choose from preset time slots (e.g., morning, afternoon, full day), making it quicker to create consistent daycare bookings and reducing the chance of scheduling errors.

Quick Overview - Typically, these would be setup with Full Day, Half Day (AM) and Half Day (PM) options corresponding to your facilities opening hours.
When creating a booking, this is an example without daycare session times turned on.
This is an example with daycare session times turned on and various options entered for sessions that will be visible on the booking forms.
To configure your Daycare Session Times, go to Settings > General.
Then click Daycare Session Times from the left side menu.
Creating Daycare Session Times
To create a new Daycare Session Time click the blue Add Daycare Session Time button the top right.
Name – the name of the daycare session time. This will show in the daycare forms, including customer portal, example - Full Day, Half Day (AM) and Half Day (PM)
Start Time – this will be used as the booking checkin time for this session.
End Time – this will be used as the booking checkout time for this session.
Click the green Save button to continue.
Edit/Delete Daycare Session Times
From the overview table, you can edit the session name and times either by clicking the underlined text or by selecting the green Edit button. The dropdown next to edit will allow you to delete the times. You can adjust the order in which items appear by using the arrow icons to drag and drop them into your preferred sequence.
Enabling Daycare Session Times
Once you have configured your Daycare Session Times, you can enable them by toggling the Daycare Session Times Enable switch in the settings panel below the session times, then click the green Save button.
Portal Daycare Session Times Custom
When enabled, this setting restricts booking requests made via the Customer Portal to the session times listed above. If switched off, customers will have more flexibility when selecting times
