The Donations report provides a clear overview of all donations received, detailing both the contribution amounts and the customers who made them. This allows users to quickly identify donor activity, track overall donation trends, and link each donation directly to the contributing customer for accurate record‑keeping and follow‑up.
Too access the report go to Reports > Financials

Donations Report Overview.
All of your donations are listed in the Donations Report, you have the ability to sort, select how many entries to show, or search through them using the Search bar.
You can review donations within a specific timeframe by choosing the required date range using the calendar options located at the top right.
Entries can be sorted using the arrow icons next to the column headers.
To view specific sites in Multi Site mode, using the filter option and selecting the desired Location from the list that appears top left.
Print and/or export the data as Excel or CSV files.
View the number of entries per page.
