A Payments Methods Report gives you a simple, organised view of how customers are paying. It helps you track and reconcile finances more easily, spot trends in payment behaviour, identify issues quickly, and support better operational and accounting decisions by showing which payment methods are being used most often.
To access the Payment Methods Report, go to Reports > Financials > Payments Methods
Using the date pickers, select the date range you wish to view transactions for.
If you have multiple sites, the report allows you to filter by location. Click the blue filter button in the top-right corner, then use the 'Select Location' dropdown that appears.
You can change how the graph is displayed by selecting the button and choosing the view that best suits your preferences.
The different payment methods will be colour‑coded, as shown in the key above the graph.
Below the graph, you will see each individual date along with the total amount received for every payment method on that date.
You can also export the displayed data in different formats at any time for reporting or backup purposes:
Excel – Exports the data to a Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) file, ideal for sorting, filtering, and advanced data manipulation.
CSV – Downloads the data as a Comma-Separated Values (.csv) file, useful for importing into other software or databases.
