The Pen Sheets feature lets you print specific details about an individual pet linked to a booking. This can include crucial data points like Alerts, Medical notes, Dietary requirements, and general information such as breed and date of birth.
The Check-in Sheets allow you to print a tailored list of all pets arriving that day. This acts as a consolidated checklist for staff, summarizing each pet's specific needs and requirements.

To access the Booking Sheets settings go to the Settings > General
Then click Booking Sheets from the left side menu.
Pen Sheets
This section includes all general information regarding Pen Sheets and allows you to edit which features are available to view.
Pen Sheet Page Size - Offers several varying page sizes for your pen sheets, we recommend testing each option before choosing.
A4 Portrait ( standard setting, fits two pen sheets per page )
A4 Landscape ( horizontal version of A4 Portrait )
A4 Portrait Large ( large version, fits one one pen sheet per page )
A4 Portrait Flow ( allows the information to flow, if you have extras on your pen sheet it will display them on the page )
Full ( displays all of the information in a larger format )
Pen Sheet Customer - This option allows you to choose to either display customer details on the pen sheet or hide them.
Pen Sheet Customer Notes - This option allows you to display customer notes on the pen sheets and is on by default. Customers can provide additional notes when entering information about their pets through the Customer Portal, turning this on will allow that information to be displayed on the pen sheets.
Pen Sheet Customer Medical - This option allows you to display customer medical notes on the pen sheets and is on by default. Customers can provide additional notes when entering information about their pets through the Customer Portal, turning this on will allow that information to be displayed on the pen sheets.
Pen Sheet Customer Diet - This option allows you to display customer diet notes on the pen sheets and is on by default. Customers can provide additional notes when entering information about their pets through the Customer Portal, turning this on will allow that information to be displayed on the pen sheets.
Pen Sheet Sort Order - This allows you to sort the order in which the pen sheets come out in. There are multiple options including:
Booking ID
Booking Checkin ( checkin date and time )
Customer Last Name ( alphabetically )
This works in conjunction with the Checkins screen, accessible by clicking Dashboards > Dashboard.
If you were looking at the Checkins screen for example, in the top right corner there is a button labelled Pen Sheets.
Clicking this button will print multiple Pen Sheets for that day. Your selected Pen Sheet Sort Order will determine the order in which they come out in. The Pen Sheets will open up in another tab and should look something like this:
You can also select specific bookings to print the Pen Sheets for, by clicking the checkbox to the left of each entry in the Checkins list
Pen Sheet Table
This section includes all general information regarding the Pen Sheet Table feature and allows you to edit which features are available to include on your Pen Sheets.
Pen Sheet Table - This option allows you to have a table appear below the general booking information.
Pen Sheet Table Columns - You can choose what columns appear in that table, for e.g., Faeces, Urine, Food, Water, Medical, BAR, Initials.
Pen Sheet Table Pet - This feature allows you to determine whether you want to show the pet information above the table on pen sheets.
Pen Sheet Am / Pm Enable - This option lets you choose to have an AM / PM column in the table, if turned on there will be an AM / PM for all selected features.
The Pen Sheet Table option is not necessary, however if you do choose to utilise this feature it will display something like this on the bottom of your pen sheets:
The booking dates will appear down the left hand column, as this example is of a single booking there is only one date. This is not a digital form, it is printed and allows you to initial and record information directly onto it. The information could be scanned back in if you wish to in the future.
Checkin Sheets
Checkin Sheet Sort Order - Using the drop‑down menu select the order you would like the check‑in sheets to be sorted in.
- Pet Name
- Customers Last Name
Checkin Sheets Table Columns - You can customise the columns that will appear on this table to suit your requirements. For example In, Out, Pigeonhole, Food
Once edited press the Green Save button bottom right.
