Vets can be added and assigned to customers or pet vaccinations. This information can be quickly referenced if required during a pet’s booking.
You can add a new vet by opening the Customers dropdown in the top menu and clicking the Add Vet link.
Vet Fields
- Name – the name of the vet or veterinary surgery.
- Website – the website of the vet office.
- Email – the email address of the vet.
- Mobile Phone – the mobile phone number of the vet.
- Business Phone – the business phone number of the vet office.
- Address – the street address of the vet office.

City/Suburb – the city or suburb of the vet office.
- You can add a new suburb by clicking the blue plus icon.

Ignore Requires Vaccination – enable this if customers of this vet do not require vaccinations to make bookings from the customer portal.
Sometimes used by vets that use Pet Manager for boarding. They will already have the vaccination details if they are the vet on file.
