When you need to look up a specific veterinary professional or clinic - whether you’re confirming contact details, updating a profile, or checking a pet's vet - the Find Vets page makes the process quick and straightforward.
Beyond finding individual providers, this page gives you an at-a-glance overview of your veterinary network, helping you track frequently used clinics.
To access the Find Vets page go to Customers > Find Vets
From this page, you can view key details at a glance, including the Vet’s name, contact details, number of cutomers who use them, and view or edit profiles.
The Search bar lets you quickly look up a Vet.
To help you search efficiently use information like:
- Vet name
- Address
- Phone number
Clicking on the blue, underlined vet’s name will take you to that vet’s profile, while clicking on the email address will automatically open a new window to send an email directly to the vet.
A filter option is available to help you search by category and view customers that match specific criteria.
Click the Filter icon in the top right corner to open the filtering menus, where you can narrow your search using specific criteria
The filter options will be populated based on your system’s configuration.
Hide Inactive - Will hide inactive Vets.
- Show Inactive - Will show inactive Vets.
- Only Inactive - Will show only inactive Vets.
If you want to show more or fewer entries on the Find Vets page, use the dropdown in the top‑right corner.
The system defaults to showing 10 entries to help reduce server load, but you can increase this up to 5,000 entries if needed.
You can also export the displayed data in different formats at any time for reporting or backup purposes:
Excel – Exports the data to a Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) file, ideal for sorting, filtering, and advanced data manipulation.
CSV – Downloads the data as a Comma-Separated Values (.csv) file, useful for importing into other software or databases.
Print – Generates a printer-friendly version of the current data for easy hard-copy reference or record-keeping.
Just a heads-up when you're ready to print or export: the system will only include the entries currently visible on your screen.
To ensure you get your full list, please remember to adjust the "Show Entries" dropdown to reflect the total number of records you need before clicking export.
To view the vets profile, click the blue "View" button on the right-hand side.
Clicking the blue arrow opens the vets record for editing. From there, you can review the details, make updates and add any additional notes.
From the Find Vets page, you can also add a new Vet by selecting the top right.
