When you need to look up a specific customer - whether you’re reviewing their contact details, updating their profile, checking account history, or adding a new customer - the Find Customers page is designed to help. By utilizing the available search filters, you can easily narrow down your list and quickly locate the exact profile you need efficiently.
To access the Find Customers page go to Customers > Find Customers
From this page, you can view key customer details at a glance, including the Customer Number, Contact Details, Financial information, and Pets.
The screen provides a quick overview of Customer Type, Notes or Alerts linked to the Customer. Hover over the icons to read the full details.
The Search bar lets you quickly look up a customer.
To help you search efficiently use information like:
- Customer number
- Customer name
- Email address
- Pets name
By clicking the + icon on the far left of the customer, you can view the secondary contact information, including their name and contact details.
Clicking on the email address will automatically open a new window to send an email directly to the customer, while clicking into the name will take you directly to the customer profile.
A filter option is available to help you search by category and view customers that match specific criteria.
Click the Filter icon in the top right corner to open the filtering menus, where you can narrow your search using specific criteria
Select Type - Enables you to filter Customers by Customer Type.
Select Lead Source - Enables you to filter by lead source. eg Facebook, Google.
Select State/Region - Enables you to seach by the Customers Address - State and Region.
Select City/Suburb - Enables you to seach by the Customers Address - City and Suburb.
Hide Inactive - Will hide inactive Customers.
- Show Inactive - Will show inactive Customers.
- Only Inactive - Will show only inactive Customers.
Show Not Welcome - Will show Not Welcome Customers.
- Hide Not Welcome - Will hide Not Welcome Customers.
- Only Not Welcome - Will only show Not Welcome Customers.
Show Auto Email/Sms - Shows customers who accept Auto Email/Sms.
Hide Auto Email/Sms - Hides customers who accept Auto Email/Sms.
Only Auto Email/Sms - Only shows customers who accept Auto Email/Sms.
Portal Only - When set to ON, it will only show customers who registered through the Portal.
When set to OFF, it will show all customers who were created on the portal and in admin.
Filter Created - When set to ON, the list will filter the customers by the created date using the start / end date range. When set to OFF, it will show all customers created not specific to dates.
If you want to show more or fewer entries on the Find Customers page, use the dropdown in the top‑right corner.
The system defaults to showing 10 entries to help reduce server load, but you can increase this up to 5,000 entries if needed.
You can also export the displayed data in different formats at any time for reporting or backup purposes:
Excel – Exports the data to a Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) file, ideal for sorting, filtering, and advanced data manipulation.
CSV – Downloads the data as a Comma-Separated Values (.csv) file, useful for importing into other software or databases.
Print – Generates a printer-friendly version of the current data for easy hard-copy reference or record-keeping.
Just a heads-up when you're ready to print or export: the system will only include the entries currently visible on your screen.
To ensure you get your full list, please remember to adjust the "Show Entries" dropdown to reflect the total number of records you need before clicking export.
To view the customer, click the blue "View" button on the right-hand side.
Clicking the blue arrow opens the customers record for editing. From there, you can review the details, make updates and add any additional information.
From the Find Customers page, you can also add a new Customer by selecting the top right.
