The All Payments page displays every paid invoice in the system, including standard payments and allocations like credits. Use this page to easily track and analyse individual line items - such as services, products, and surcharges - at any stage of the billing cycle.
To find and manage your Invoice Payments go to: Customers > All Payments
The blue text on the page is clickable and will take you directly to the corresponding information. E.g.. Invoice number will open the Invoice. Credit Number will take open the Credit.
From this page, you can quickly view all key details at a glance, including:
- # Payment Transaction Number
- Invoice Number
- Payment Amount
- Fee - If a fee was paid
- Net - Amount paid, less fee.
- Credit Amount
- Credit Invoice
- Method - E.g. Account Credit, Cash, Credit Card

Actions - You can view the Invoice by clicking into the 'View button', or if you click on the arrow beside it, you will have the option to Delete the Payment.
NOTE: You won't be able to delete Stripe or Overpayment Transactions. |
You can choose to view your list by Payments, Allocations, or All. Simply click the button for the view you want to display.
The Search bar lets you quickly look up a invoice or credit note.
To help you search efficiently use information like:
- Invoice Number
- Credit Number
Click the Filter icon in the top right corner to open the filtering menus, where you can narrow your search using specific criteria.
Select Payment Method - Enables you to filter by Payment Method. E.g.. EFTPOS, Cash, Direct Deposit.
If you want to show more or fewer entries on the page, use the dropdown in the top‑right corner.
The system defaults to showing 10 entries to help reduce server load, but you can increase this up to 5,000 entries if needed.
You can also export the displayed data in different formats at any time for reporting or backup purposes:
Excel – Exports the data to a Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) file, ideal for sorting, filtering, and advanced data manipulation.
CSV – Downloads the data as a Comma-Separated Values (.csv) file, useful for importing into other software or databases.
Print – Generates a printer-friendly version of the current data for easy hard-copy reference or record-keeping.
Just a heads-up when you're ready to print or export: the system will only include the entries currently visible on your screen.
To ensure you get your full list, please remember to adjust the "Show Entries" dropdown to reflect the total number of records you need before clicking export.
