Staff Services - Report

The Staff Services report tracks scheduled services - such as Grooming, Training, and Walking -filtered by specific team members over a selected date range. It displays assigned staff members, total booking counts, pet size breakdowns (S, M, L, XL), and revenue generated for each service provided. Use the staff selector, service category tabs, date filters, and export tools to easily monitor individual staff workloads and productivity.

To access the Staff Services Report, go to Reports > Bookings > Staff Services

 

Using the date pickers, select the date range you wish to view. This report displays bookings that have a checkin date between the selected dates.

From this page, you can select the service you want to view by clicking on the area.

You can also select a particular staff member to see their scheduled services for that date range. Leaving it blank will show all assigned staff members.

If there are no services assigned to that staff member or scheduled within those dates, the table will show 'No data available in table.'

Otherwise, you will be able to view the below information:

• Service eg. Full Groom
• Staff - Assigned to the service.
• Service Type eg. Professional Groomer
• Bookings. - The total number of bookings assigned to the service.
• Animal Sizes (Depending on the service type) - The size of the pet assigned to the service.
• Cost total - per service over the selected period.
• Overall Total - The row at the bottom will show totals for the column.

Entries can be sorted using the arrow icons next to the column headers.

The Search bar lets you quickly look up one particular area.

To help you search efficiently use information like:

• Service
• Staff member
• Service Type

You can also export the displayed data in different formats at any time for reporting or backup purposes:

Print – Generates a printer-friendly version of the current data for easy hard-copy reference or record-keeping.

Excel – Exports the data to a Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) file, ideal for sorting, filtering, and advanced data manipulation.

CSV – Downloads the data as a Comma-Separated Values (.csv) file, useful for importing into other software or databases.

Just a heads-up when you're ready to print or export: the system will only include the entries currently visible on your screen.
