Staff Settings Provides tools to create staff profiles and allocate assignments based on each member’s capabilities, experience, and qualifications. This ensures staff are matched to the most appropriate bookings, while supporting efficient roster management and balanced workloads

To configure your staff requirements go to Settings > Account
Then navigate to Staff in the left side menu.
Staff Overview Table
From this panel you can see all your staff in one place. You can edit names, switch portal access on or off, and mark staff as active or inactive. The table also helps you track staff experience and availability.
The order in which staff appear in the Overview Panel table is mirrored in both the staff roster and staff calendar. Adjusting the table order ensures consistency across all scheduling views,
To change the display order, use the arrows on the far right to drag the Extra Type into position. This order will be reflected when making bookings .
To make further changes to a Staffs profile, click the Edit button to open the full edit view. If you need to delete a Staff member, click the dropdown arrow next to Edit and choose Delete from the menu.
Staff cannot be deleted if they have bookings associated, so they must be made inactive instead.
To view inactive Staff, toggle the Show Inactive switch to the on position. This will display all Staff that are currently marked as inactive within the Overview list.
For quick access to the Staff Roster - go the located top right.
Adding new Staff
To add a new Staff member click on the button located top right.
Name - Enter the staff member’s name here. It will appear wherever they’re scheduled — bookings, calendars, and the roster.
Area - Enter the specific area(s) to which the staff member can be assigned. Based on the selected area, additional fields will appear to allow allocation of the required Services Types.
Service Types (e.g. Training Type & Walking Type) - Reflects the Areas selected for a staff member. Each Service Type provides a drop‑down menu listing the available services within that area, enabling precise allocation of responsibilities.
Extra Types - Provides a drop‑down menu listing all available extras that can be assigned to a staff member. These extras represent additional tasks or responsibilities beyond standard service types.
Enable Portal - When selected, this checkbox makes the staff member available for booking through the customer portal. If left unselected, the staff member can only be booked internally via the admin system. This setting provides control over staff visibility and booking access, ensuring that only the appropriate staff are exposed to customers
Active - When set to Active, the staff member is available for booking and will appear in the roster and calendar. When set to Inactive, the staff member is hidden from scheduling and cannot be booked.
Once edited press the button bottom right.
