With Pet Manager, you only pay for the features you use, no unnecessary extras, no inflated costs. Every plan gives you access to a powerful, fully featured platform designed to streamline daily operations, and deliver exceptional care for every pet in your facility.
All billing and invoice information is clearly displayed in your admin system, ensuring you always have full visibility over your charges, payments, and upcoming renewals.

Subscriptions
To access and manage your Subscriptions go to Settings > Account
Then navigate to Subscriptions in the left side menu.
In the Subscription Overview, you’ll see all the key details about your current Pet Manager plan at a glance. This includes your active subscription level, next billing date, and the payment card on file.
You can also update your card details or cancel your subscription from here.
Just below your current plan, you’ll find a list of all available plans - both monthly and annual - giving you the flexibility to switch at any time. Whether you're upgrading to a higher tier, downgrading to a smaller one, or switching from monthly to annual billing, the system will automatically prorate your account. This means any unused portion of your existing subscription will be applied as credit/debit toward your next billing cycle.
| Note: No refunds are issued when changing plans—any adjustments will simply be credited to your account. |
To view the available plans, simply toggle between “Monthly” and “Annual” using the buttons provided.

You can also view and compare the features included in each subscription plan to help you choose the option that best suits your needs. Speak to our support if you need any assistance with this.
If you're viewing the Annual option, you'll also see the percentage discount you receive compared to the monthly equivalent plan - making it simple to understand the savings.
| Important: You can switch from a monthly plan to an annual plan at any time. However, switching from an annual plan to a monthly plan isn’t possible until the annual subscription has ended. |
Switching plans is simple - just click the orange 'Change' button to upgrade, downgrade, or switch between monthly and annual billing.
After pressing the button, you will be shown an estimate of the amount your card will be charged, taking into account any pro-rata amounts. For new subscriptions, it will simply show the amount for that subscription plan.
| Important: If you're moving to a lower-tier plan be aware that the system will automatically make certain pens inactive to bring it in line with the new subscription maximums. Please consult with our support if you plan to do this. |
Invoices
To view your Account invoices go to Settings > Account
Then navigate to Invoices in the left side menu.
This page displays any invoices that have been issued to your business, including those for subscription, Stripe fees, SMS/Email Credits and Addons.
Any fees for addons will be included in your monthly/annual invoice.
