Pet Manager includes additional features that allow you to send marketing emails and SMS messages to your customers. These communications use a credit‑based system, in which credits can be purchased in various Packs depending on the volume you need.
Please note that the Email Marketing Tool is completely separate from the standard booking and invoicing emails generated by the system. Those operational emails are included as part of your Pet Manager subscription and can be sent at no additional cost.

To manage your Email & SMS Credits go to Settings > Account
Then navigate to Email Marketing or SMS Credits in the left side menu.
Email Marketing Packs
From this page, you can view and purchase the various email credit Packs available. Prices may vary and include Australian (Tax) GST.
With email marketing credits, 1 credit equals 1 email.
You can purchase additional credits at any time, there is no need to wait until your balance is low.
To purchase credits, simply select the button under the Pack you wish to buy. Payment will be taken immediately from the card saved on your Subscription page, and a paid invoice will be created. You can view this invoice at any time under the Invoices page.
Your available credit balance is shown in the progress bar at the top of the page. This provides a clear visual indicator of how many credits you currently have remaining.
SMS Packs
From this page, you can view and purchase the various SMS credit Packs available. Prices may vary and include Australian (Tax) GST.
With SMS marketing credits, 1 credit equals 1 SMS (the cost per sms is also shown)
