The All Invoice Items page provides a list of every billable item recorded across all historical and current bookings in the system. This page is designed for you to review, track, and analyze individual line items - such as services, products, and surcharges - before or after they have been billed.
To find and manage your Items to Invoice go to: Customers > All Invoice Items
The blue text on the page is clickable and will take you directly to the corresponding information. E.g.. Customer name will take you to the Customer Profile.
From this page, you can quickly view all key details at a glance, including:
- Invoice Number (if invoiced)
- Customer Information
- Description
- Cost
- Quantity
- Invoice Status - E.g. Un-invoiced, Awaiting Payment, Quote
- Actions - Depending on whether an invoice has been created, the available options will differ. If no invoice exists, you can view the booking by selecting the Booking button, or click the arrow beside it to Edit the line Item or Delete it. For line items linked to Extras, the Delete option won’t be available. To remove the Extra, you’ll need to open the booking and delete it from there.
| Be aware that deleting a booking line item from this screen will remove the item from the original booking. This will result in the booking no longer being flagged as needing to be invoiced. |
If an invoice has already been generated, you can view it by selecting the View button. To view the booking, select the arrow beside it and choose Booking.
You can also create a new invoice or quote simply by ticking the checkbox beside the item line, then either select

in the top right to process the item.
The Search bar lets you quickly look up a invoice/quote or customer
To help you search efficiently use information like:
- Invoice/quote Number
- Customers Name
Click the Filter icon in the top right corner to open the filtering menus, where you can narrow your search using specific criteria.
Select Area - Enables you to filter by Area Type such as Daycare, Boarding or Grooming.
If you want to show more or fewer entries on the page, use the dropdown in the top‑right corner.
The system defaults to showing 10 entries to help reduce server load, but you can increase this up to 5,000 entries if needed.
You can also export the displayed data in different formats at any time for reporting or backup purposes:
Excel – Exports the data to a Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) file, ideal for sorting, filtering, and advanced data manipulation.
CSV – Downloads the data as a Comma-Separated Values (.csv) file, useful for importing into other software or databases.
Print – Generates a printer-friendly version of the current data for easy hard-copy reference or record-keeping.
Just a heads-up when you're ready to print or export: the system will only include the entries currently visible on your screen.
To ensure you get your full list, please remember to adjust the "Show Entries" dropdown to reflect the total number of records you need before clicking export.
