Rounds are a specialized Health Check Module within Pet Manager designed to streamline daily pet monitoring. This essential tool (once enabled) allows you to track every scheduled round and the specific bookings assigned to them, ensuring no pet is ever overlooked during your facility's daily routine.

Why Use Rounds?
Health checks and general monitoring sit at the heart of a boarding facility’s daily operations. A consistent, reliable method for recording these checks supports high standards of care and provides clear visibility into each pet’s ongoing wellbeing. Accurate records ensure that any changes in behaviour, health, or routine are noticed early and managed appropriately.
How It Works
Pet Manager automates the organization of your day by automatically assigning bookings to a Round if the booking dates match your scheduled Round times (e.g., a Morning or Afternoon round).
Key Components Include:

Tracking: Monitor each round in real-time to ensure completion.

Health Checks & Tasks: Select from a variety of available checks and tasks to build your rounds. You have full control over the workflow by setting specific actions as 'Enabled' or 'Required' for your team.

Custom Visibility: You have the flexibility to show customers the specific checks completed and notes taken during the round, or keep them hidden and only share an overall summary via the Customer Portal.

Health Reports: Generate and send a health report to customers to keep them informed of their pet's wellbeing during their stay.

Rounds Calendar: A dedicated calendar view allows you to see how many rounds are scheduled for the day. Any issues requiring special attention are colour-coded, making it easy to identify pets that need immediate care.
Enabling and Accessing Rounds
To access the Rounds section and manage your daily health checks you firstly need to enable it. To do this go to:
Settings > Customization
Then navigate to Customization from the left side menu.
Scroll down to find the setting 'Rounds Enable', then toggle to ON, scroll to the bottom of the page and click
Rounds Enable - Enabling this option activates the Health Check Rounds feature. A dedicated tab will be visible on the pet’s profile and bookings, and the corresponding dashboard and reports will become available.
Once you have enabled the Rounds feature - click on Tools in the top menu, then select Rounds.
This will take you to your Rounds Dashboard, which provides a bird's-eye view of your facility's health monitoring status.
