When pets are boarding with you, it’s important to monitor their health and wellbeing throughout their stay. Pet Manager’s Health Checks - Rounds make this simple. Every observation is recorded automatically on the pet’s profile and linked directly to their active bookings, giving you a clear timeline of their condition, behaviour, and any changes noted during their stay. This creates a reliable record for your team, supports continuity of care, and helps you communicate confidently with pet owners.

Viewing the Health Report on a Pets Booking - Admin
To view a pet’s Health Report during a boarding stay, go to the main dashboard and select the In House tile.
Locate the pet/booking and select view or the blue booking reference number to navigate to the booking.
Under the Rounds tab, you can generate a Health Report and view every Round recorded for this booking, giving you a complete overview.
Generating a Health Report
For multi‑pet bookings, use the Pet Selection filter to choose a specific pet. This allows you to generate an individual Health Report for each pet on the booking.
If the booking runs over an extended period, you can narrow the Health Report to a specific timeframe by adjusting the date pickers. These will automatically default to the full length of the stay, but you can change them as needed.
Once you have set your date range, you can generate the Health Report by selecting the button.
From here you can print the report by selecting the button.
You can also create a PDF document by selecting the button.
| Note: Health Reports generated from bookings within the admin area will display all available information. However, Health Reports sent via automated emails or viewed through the Customer Portal will only show the details marked as Customer Visibility when the Round Time was created in Settings. |

Pet parents can access their pet’s health reports through the customer portal.
Within their account, they can navigate from the dashboard and open the current booking that displays the Health Report notification.
Then select the Health Reports button located in the top‑right corner. If the booking includes more than one pet, a dropdown menu will appear so you can choose which pet’s report to view.
