Pet Manager provides a report that lets you view the status of all Rounds completed over a selected date range, helping you see the progress of each day’s health checks and quickly spot any issues that may need attention.
To access the Rounds report, go to Reports > Bookings > Rounds
When managing Rounds across multiple locations, you can filter the results by site to view only the Rounds relevant to that location.
Select the button in the top‑right corner, then use the Select Location dropdown that appears to choose the site you want to view.
The date will default to the current month, but you can change this at any time by using the date pickers to set the date range you want to view.
The report displays the following information:
- The number of Rounds completed with the status of Good, Needs Monitoring or Requires Attention.
- The number of Rounds Pending, In Progress or Completed.
- Gives a percentage (%) of completed Rounds.
- Colour coded, so that you can see at a glance the days that have Rounds with issues that need attention.
Red - Requires Attention.
Orange - Needs Monitoring.
From the report, you can navigate to the Booking Rounds Dashboard to view each day’s Rounds in more detail and address anything that needs attention. Simply select the date shown in blue for the day you want to review.
When the report displays the date range you want to manage, you can export the list to Excel or CSV, or print it directly using the buttons located in the top‑right corner.
