Rounds Calendar

The Rounds Calendar provides a high‑level visual summary of your scheduled rounds, allowing you to quickly identify which sessions are complete and which require immediate action. You can also get a general overview of upcoming rounds, helping you plan ahead and ensure all checks are completed on time.

Accessing the Calendar

Go to Tools > Rounds in the top left menus, 

Then click

From the Rounds tile on the main Dashboard

You can also access by going to the Calendar Icon in the top menu and select Rounds Calendar. 

Understanding Colour-Coded Alerts

The calendar uses a dynamic colour-coding system to help you prioritize your care. Each round entry on the calendar will automatically update its colour based on the most critical status recorded during that session:

• Red (Requires Attention): This is the highest alert level. If even one pet in a round is marked as "Requires Attention," the entire round block on the calendar will turn red to ensure it isn't overlooked.

• Orange (Needs Monitoring): Indicates that a pet has a minor issue that staff should keep an eye on.

• Green (All Good): Indicates that the round is complete and all pets have been checked with no issues found.

NOTE: The calendar always displays the worst-case colour. This at-a-glance monitoring allows managers to see exactly where to focus their energy without opening every individual report.

Tile Information

Each tile will display specific information depending on the Rounds completed. The content shown may vary to reflect relevant details for that time.

The name of the round The number of rounds pending The number of rounds In-progress  The number of rounds completed The number completed with the Status of Good The number completed with the Status of Needs Monitoring The number completed with the Status of Requires Attention A progress bar appears over the name, showing how many rounds have been completed.

Each tile provides a live link back to the Booking Rounds Dashboard, where you can view each Round Time in more detail, address anything that needs attention, or move straight to Perform Rounds.

You can switch between months by using the arrows at the top of the calendar, allowing you to move forward or back to view past or upcoming schedules. This makes it easy to review previous rounds, plan ahead, and keep track of activity across different months.
