Pet Manager supports Google Analytics tag integration, providing visibility into customer engagement with the Customer Portal. This includes monitoring events such as account registrations, pet profile creation, and booking submissions.
To manage the Portal Analytics go to Settings > Customer Portal
Then navigate to Portal Analytics in the left side menu.

Note: The gtag code will only be added to the hosted version of the customer portal. If you are using the embedded customer portal please ensure you include the gtag code in your website to ensure the events will fire. |
Portal Google Analytics Tag ID - Provide your gtag (Measurement ID) in this field.
| To find your Google tag ID (Measurement ID), open the Admin area in Google Analytics or Google Ads. In Analytics, head to Data Streams, choose your stream, and copy the ID shown in the Google tag section (it usually starts with G- or AW-). In Google Ads, you’ll find it under Tools > Data Manager > Google tag. |
The following events are available.
Portal Gtag Customer Event - code to trigger after customer has registered.
Portal Gtag Pet Event - code to trigger after pet has been created.
Portal Gtag Boarding Event - code to trigger after boarding booking has been created.
Portal Gtag Daycare Event - code to trigger after daycare booking has been created.
Portal Gtag Training Event - code to trigger after training booking has been created.
Portal Gtag Grooming Event - code to trigger after grooming booking has been created.
Portal Gtag Walking Event - code to trigger after walking booking has been created.
Portal Gtag In Home Event - code to trigger after in home booking has been created.
Portal Gtag Dog Park Event - code to trigger after dog park booking has been created.
Portal Gtag Hydrotherapy Event - code to trigger after hydrotherapy booking has been created.
Once edited press the button bottom right.
