The customer portal allows you to collect customer information, pet profiles (including images, diet, medical etc), vaccinations, signed digital terms and conditions and if you wish, receive online payments.
Pet Manager offers two methods to connect the customer portal to your website - either through embedding a fully functioning customer facing website directly into your website or through linking to a hosted version of the same portal using a custom link.

Portal Code - Embed
Use this method if you wish to have the customer portal load directly into a page on your website.
To do this you would normally create a specific page in your website editor for the customer portal - e.g. Book Now and then proceed with the steps below.
This method works best with website editors like Wordpress where you can edit the code of a webpage directly.
The embed method has two components.
1. A link to a javascript file that is added to the header of your website
e.g.
2. A DIV tag that goes into the body of your website where you want the customer portal to appear.

Portal Link
Use this method if you wish to have a button that links from your website or Facebook Business Page to the version of your Customer Portal that is hosted by Pet Manager.
You would use this method if you are using a more basic website editor - e.g. Wix or if you just have a Facebook page and want to link from that.
The Portal Link is a unique link for your specific account.
e.g. (do not use this example code for your website)
Simply create a button on your website e.g. Book Now or add a button to your Facebook Page and then add the hyperlink to your specific portal link code.
