Vouchers Used & Vouchers - Report

There are a couple of reports available to view voucher redemption activity, helping you monitor which vouchers have been used across bookings or purchases.

To access the reports go to Reports > Bookings> then either Vouchers Used or Vouchers.

Vouchers Used

This table displays a summary of all vouchers alongside their respective usage counts in customer bookings.

Vouchers

This table displays a record of customers who have used vouchers, along with their corresponding booking references. You can quickly access a booking by clicking the booking reference number in blue, or view the customers profile by clicking the customer name.

Both tables offer the options to;

Select a desired date range, using the calendar options top right.

View specific sites in Multi Site mode, using the filter  option and selecting the desired Location from the list that appears top left.

Print and/or export the data as Excel or CSV files.

 View the number of entries per page.
