Vouchers give customers an easy way to enjoy savings. Whether received as a printed voucher or a digital code sent straight to their inbox or phone, they can be redeemed at checkout by presenting the voucher or entering the code. The discount or value is then instantly applied to the purchase.

To add or edit vouchers go to Settings > Invoicing & Prices
Then navigate to Vouchers in the left side menu.
Vouchers Overview
This table displays all existing vouchers active and inactive and provides quick and easy editing. It shows usage counts per code and allows you to toggle the Active status on or off.
You can quickly find any voucher by typing the code or description into the search field. Even a partial name will bring up matching results.
Entries can be sorted using the arrow icons next to the column headers.
Active and inactive vouchers can be viewed by toggling the Show Inactive option on or off.
You can increase the number of vouchers shown on each page by adjusting the Show entries count.
Quick edits can be made to any underlined information point by clicking the text and then selecting the blue arrow to confirm the update
Additional edits can be made by clicking the Edit button to the right of the entry. From this button, the voucher may also be deleted, provided it has not been used against a booking.
Adding a New Voucher
To add a new voucher click on the blue button
Code - The unique references assigned to the voucher. This can consist of numbers and/or letters. This is the code your customer will have to enter when they are wanting to redeem the voucher.
Description - Allows you to add a brief summary or note about the voucher’s purpose or usage.
Type - Specifies whether the voucher can be redeemable against a booking or additional extras.
Amount - Defines the voucher’s value, which can be set as a fixed monetary amount or a percentage discount.
- If Extra is selected in the Type field, an additional section will appear to configure related options.
- Extra - Displays the list of extras configured in your system, allowing you to associate the voucher with a specific extra.
- Extras Applied Dates - Specifies the date to which the voucher will be applied toward payment for any associated extras within a booking.
- Extras Per Booking - Specifies the minimum number of extras that must be linked to a booking before the voucher becomes eligible for use.
Start / End - Specifies the date for which bookings will need to fall between for the voucher to be used. Leave blank if not necessary.
Season Type – Voucher is only redeemable for a specific seasonal period, provided seasonal settings have been configured in your system. Leave blank if voucher can be used anytime Eg. Peak and Off-Peak.
Exclude Season Types – Voucher excludes a specific seasonal period/s, provided seasonal settings have been configured in your system. Leave blank if you don't want to exclude any seasons.
Area Type - Specifies the service category (e.g., Daycare, Boarding) that the voucher applies to. If left blank, the voucher can be redeemed across all areas.
Expiry Date - Choose if your Voucher will have an expiry date, if left blank it will never expire.
Min Nights - Restricts voucher eligibility to bookings that exceed the specified number of nights
Amount Available - Specifies the total number of vouchers released for redemption. Once this limit is reached, no further vouchers can be applied.
Amount Per Booking - Specifies the number of vouchers that may be used per booking. Additional vouchers beyond this limit cannot be applied.
First Booking - Enable this setting to restrict the voucher so it can only be applied to a customer’s first booking. If it is not their first booking, the voucher will not be accepted.
Active - Determines the voucher’s status. Active vouchers can be used; inactive ones are unavailable to customers.
Allow Portal - Controls whether the voucher is redeemable through the customer portal. If enabled, customers can apply it during portal-based bookings or purchases.
