Pet Manager simplifies the payment process by supporting multiple secure and convenient methods, including card payments, online gateways, and in-person transactions. This flexibility allows customers to pay quickly and reliably, while giving businesses confidence in the security and traceability of each transaction.
To create and customise your available Payment Methods go to Settings > Invoices & Prices
Then click Payment Methods from the left side menu.
To create a new Payment Method, click on the blue top right.
Enter the name that you would like to assign to this Payment Method.
If the Payment Method is to be used for business expenses, such as purchasing stock or paying fees - select the Payable option. Leave it blank if the method is for receiving customer payments.
Once edited press the green save button bottom right .
Payment Method Overview
You can view all payment methods in the overview table. Use the Receivable tab for customer payments, and the Payable tab for business expense methods.

Both views allow you to easily edit the Payment Method name and active status. You can also view the number of transactions recorded against each method.
To change the display order, use the arrows on the far right to drag the Payment Method into position. This order will be reflected when taking payment .
