The Documents Report provides an organized list of all files uploaded by admin into Pet Manager, making it easy to filter and view individual documents in one place.
To access the Documents Report, go to Reports > Documents.
From this page, you can view all documents that have been uploaded into Pet Manager by Admin. You will be able to see key details at a glance, including:
- Document Name
- Type
- User (who uploaded it).
Clicking on will open the file in a new tab for you to view, from here you can select if you want to save it.
The Search bar lets you quickly look up a document.
To help you search efficiently use information like:
- Name
- Type
- User
If you want to show more or fewer entries on the page, use the Show Entries dropdown in the top‑right corner.
The system defaults to showing 10 entries to help reduce server load, but you can increase this up to 5,000 entries if needed.
| Note: Documents cannot be edited once uploaded. If changes are required, you must upload a new version of the document. See More Information for our help article explaining how to manage Documents. |
