Pet Manager includes a document upload feature, enabling you to share materials such as customer information sheets or forms requiring completion. Documents may be uploaded in standard formats including Word, PDF, Excel, or image files, depending on their intended purpose.

To manage your documents go to Settings > Emails, Sms & Wordings
Then navigate to Documents from the left side menu.
Document Overview
Any documents you’ve uploaded manually will appear in this table. From here, you can download to view or delete them. The table shows the document’s Name, its Type, and User (who uploaded it).

To delete a document, go to the arrow to the right of the Download button.
Adding a New Document
To add a new document go to the button top right.
Select Choose File and navigate to the location of the document on your local device. Once located, upload or open the file to add it to the system.
Word / PDF / Excel Files - When uploading these types of files, the Name field is automatically populated with the current file name. You may retain this name or rename the file to better reflect its intended purpose, as this will also appear as the attachment name when sending the document to customers.
Once the document has been named, click Save . It will then be included in the list of documents on the overview page.
Image Files - When uploading an image file, you may adjust the size and zoom settings before completing the upload.
Zoom Bar - Allows you to zoom in on the image and reposition the focus point. Click and drag to adjust the view so the desired area is centred.
Size Adjustment Toggle - Allows you to resize the view box to better fit your image. You can also click and drag to reposition the image within the frame if required.
Once the image is positioned correctly, click Save .
Name - Before completing the upload, you will be prompted to assign a Name to the new document. Choose a name that reflects its intended use, as this will also appear as the attachment name when sending the document to customers.
Once the document has been named, click Save .It will then be included in the list of documents on the overview page.
All documents uploaded in this section are available for selection when attaching files to emails. They may be included automatically or added manually when sending.
