This article clarifies the communication intent behind each email template associated with Pet Manager’s Retail feature, an optional addon. It outlines how each template supports specific communication needs across various stages of the order and purchasing process.

To manage and view the Automated Email configurations go to Settings > Emails, Sms & Wordings
Then navigate to Email in the left side menu.
Order Email Templates
Select the Order Templates tab to view and manage the available emails.
New Order - This email is triggered when a customer places a new order for products from your shop. It may include a summary of items purchased.
Changed Order - This email is triggered when a change is made to an existing order. It may include an updated summary of items purchased.
Finalized Order - This email is triggered when an order has been fulfilled and dispatched to the customer
Cancelled Order - This email is triggered when an order has been cancelled. Confirming that the order will not be processed or dispatched.
Purchase Order Email Templates
Select the Purchase Order Templates tab to view and manage the available email.
Purchase Order - This email can be sent when a new supply order needs to be placed. By default, it includes the purchase order as an attachment. This template does not include a Send Automatically option and must be sent manually
