When you need to find a particular booking, whether you’re checking details, making changes, resending a confirmation, or following up with a customer, the Find Bookings page is designed to help. By using the available filters, you can refine your search and quickly identify the booking you’re looking for, helping you work more efficiently and minimise admin effort
To access the Find Bookings page go to Bookings > Find Bookings
From this page, you can view key booking details at a glance, including the Booking Number, Customer and Pet names, Breed, and the assigned Pen or Service. If you manage multiple locations, the associated site will also be shown.
You’ll also see the Check‑in and Check‑out dates and the current Status of each booking.
You can also create a booking directly from here. Once clicked, the Area Type dropdown will appear for you to select your preferred booking type, which will then open the details form.
The screen provides a quick overview of any Notes or Alerts linked to the Pet. Hover over the icons to read the full details.
The Search bar lets you quickly look up a specific booking
To help you search efficiently use information like:
- Booking number
- Customer name
- Pet name
You can also search bookings by date range, allowing you to further narrow down your results.
By clicking the + icon on the far left of the booking, you can view additional pet information, including their age and gender, without navigating to the pets profile.
You can navigate from this page by clicking any blue text, which will take you directly to the relevant page.
For example, selecting the booking number takes you to the booking information page, the customer name opens the customer’s profile, and the pet name opens the pet’s profile.
A filter option is available to help you search by category and view bookings that match specific criteria
Click the Filter icon in the top right corner to open the filtering menus, where you can narrow your search using specific criteria
- Select Areas - e.g. Daycare or Boarding.
- Select Status - e.g. Awaiting Checkin or Cancelled.
- Select Tag - These options will depend on how you have labelled your tags.
- Select Customer Type - These options will depend on how you have named your customer types.
- Select Vet - Allows you to filter by a specific vet.
- Select Exclude Vet - Allows you to exclude a specific vet from you search.
- Select Terms Status - e.g. Signed or not signed.
- Show All - Allows you to view all bookings or filter by Repeating bookings only.
If you want to show more or fewer entries on the Find Booking page, use the dropdown in the top‑right corner.
The system defaults to showing 10 entries to help reduce server load, but you can increase this up to 5,000 entries if needed.
You can also export the displayed data in different formats at any time for reporting or backup purposes:
- Print – Generates a printer-friendly version of the current data for easy hard-copy reference or record-keeping.
- Excel – Exports the data to a Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) file, ideal for sorting, filtering, and advanced data manipulation.
- CSV – Downloads the data as a Comma-Separated Values (.csv) file, useful for importing into other software or databases.
Just a heads-up when you're ready to print or export: the system will only include the entries currently visible on your screen.
To ensure you get your full list, please remember to adjust the "Show Entries" dropdown to reflect the total number of records you need before clicking export.
To view the booking, click the blue "View" button on the right-hand side.
Clicking the blue arrow opens the booking for editing. From there, you can review the details, make updates, add a new pet or pen, and include any additional notes.
If the booking is part of a group booking or a repeating series, you’ll see an option to view the Group Bookings.
