The Bulk Invoicing and quotes feature is designed to help you manage situations where customers have multiple bookings that have not yet been quoted or invoiced, such as Daycare sessions, and you want to quote or invoice a full week or month in advance. It streamlines the process by allowing you to select a date range, after which the system identifies all customers with un‑quoted/invoiced bookings within that period.
This is particularly useful when working with Repeating Bookings, as it gathers all newly generated bookings into a single view, allowing you to review them and then create the quotes/invoices in one action rather than processing each customer individually.
