E-Label Export - Report

The E-Label Export Report is a specialized tool tailored for facilities utilizing specific digital pen display or electronic label devices. It provides an ordered layout of all boarding pens alongside key booking and pet details, including pen names, pen types, and information for up to three assigned pets (such as name, sex, age, color, and special notes). Additionally, the report includes current and upcoming booking numbers and stay dates (check-in/check-out) to help streamline physical enclosure management.

To access the E-Label Export Report, go to Reports > Bookings > E-Label Export

Select the date to export data for.

Click the button to begin the export. An Excel file containing the exported information will automatically download to your computer.
