The Unallocated Tokens report provides a complete overview of unused packages and remaining tokens available for customers. It displays key account information for each client, including amounts owing, account credits, remaining unallocated token counts, the last allocation date, and upcoming expiration dates. Using the search bar and export options (Print, Excel, CSV), you can easily track unused package balances, manage upcoming token expiries.
To access the Unallocated Tokens Report, go to Reports > Bookings > Unallocated Tokens
The blue text on this page is clickable and will take you directly to the corresponding information. E.g. Customers name will take you to the customers profile.
From this page, you can quickly view all key details at a glance, including:
- Customers Name and Number
- Owing - The amount owing on their account.
- Credit - The available credit on their account.
- Tokens - Available to use.
- Last Allocated - The date of the last token allocated.
- Next Expiry - The next package expiring on their account.
Entries can be sorted using the arrow icons next to the column headers.
To help you search efficiently use information like:
- Customer Name
If you want to show more or fewer entries on the page, use the Show Entries dropdown in the top‑right corner.
The system defaults to showing 10 entries to help reduce server load, but you can increase this up to 5,000 entries if needed.
You can also export the displayed data in different formats at any time for reporting or backup purposes:
Print – Generates a printer-friendly version of the current data for easy hard-copy reference or record-keeping.
Excel – Exports the data to a Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) file, ideal for sorting, filtering, and advanced data manipulation.
CSV – Downloads the data as a Comma-Separated Values (.csv) file, useful for importing into other software or databases.
