Setting up training types allows you to assign specific training categories (e.g. Agility, Behavioural) to staff members based on their qualifications. These categories group the different Training services into subcategories, making it easier to choose the right service and ensuring that bookings are matched with appropriately skilled staff and that group sessions are formed with compatible training needs.

To create and manage your Training Types go to Settings > Courses, Sessions & Service.
Then navigate to Training Types in the left side menu.
Training Types Overview
The Overview page displays a list of all configured Training Types, along with the number of Sessions and Services linked to each type. You can also quickly edit the name form here.
To make further changes to a Training Type, click the Edit button to open the full edit view. If you need to delete a session type, click the dropdown arrow next to Edit and choose Delete from the menu.
Adding Training Types
You can add a new Training Type with the Add Type button in the top-right.
Name- The title or label used to identify the Training Type. This name appears in, staff assignments, and the overview list for the service, and should reflect the nature or focus of the training.
The name will also show in the booking forms, and Check Availability view on the Customer Portal helping to separate service subcategories.
