The Pets Calendar provides a clear, month-by-month view of an individual pet’s bookings. It shows exactly which services are scheduled—such as grooming, training, or boarding—alongside the dates and times they’re booked. You can quickly see how these services are distributed throughout the month, helping you track patterns, gaps, or overlaps in the pet’s schedule. This calendar is designed to give you a focused overview of one pet at a time, making it easier to manage their care and ensure nothing is missed.

To view the Pets Calendar go to the calendar icon along the top right navigations bar and select Pet Calendar.
Selecting a Pet
Using the search bar - (Choose Pet), then enter either the pet’s name or the family surname to bring up the pet you want to view.
Next to the pet’s name, you’ll see an eye icon. Clicking this icon will take you directly to the pet’s profile.
The Calendar will then populate with that pets bookings.
Above the pets name will be a booking summary showing
- The total number of bookings made for the selected pet within the current month, including those that have been cancelled.
- Combined monetary value of all bookings made for the selected pet within the current month, including those that have been cancelled.
- The total number of bookings made for the selected pet within the current month.
- Combined monetary value of all bookings made for the selected pet within the current month.
Colour Coding and Legend Guide
To make it easy to see what’s happening at a glance, each booking status in the Calendar is colour‑coded. The colours show whether a booking is:
- Future Date.
- Today.
- Past Date.
- Cancelled.
Dates and times that have been blocked for specific reasons are also colour‑coded. These include:
- Highlighted
- Blocked Checkins/Checkouts
- Blocked Bookings
To view the Legend for the colour coding, select the grey button in the top‑right corner.
Filtering By Booking Type
The calendar can be filtered by Area Type, allowing you to view specific booking categories—such as only Daycare or only Grooming—based on your selection.
To open the filter options go to the icon top right and select the Area Type.
When using the Multi‑Site plan, you can view the Calendar for each location either combined or individually by selecting the desired option from the location selector.
Tile Information
Each tile will display specific information depending on the type of booking. The content shown may vary to reflect relevant details for that booking category.

Boarding bookings include a handy day count on the tile, so you can quickly see how long the stay is.
Additional Information
When hovering over a booking tile, an information box will appear showing the check-in and check-out times, along with the invoice and quote amounts. If either amount displays as $0, it indicates that the booking has not yet been set as a quote or invoice.
