The Bookings Calendar gives you a quick, easy-to-read overview of your day. You can instantly see how many bookings are in each Area, a handy total count of pets currently boarding, and a clear breakdown of who's checking in and checking out. It's designed so you always know exactly what your operational flow looks like.
You can open the Bookings Calendar in two simple ways;.
Go to Bookings > Calendar in the top left menus,
or go to the Calendar icon along the top right navigation bar and select Bookings Calendar.
The arrows positioned on either side of the displayed month allow you to toggle forward or backward through the calendar months.
Each tile represents a different Area, displayed in a distinct colour for easy identification at a glance. The information displayed on the tiles includes;
- Name of Area
- Location (for Multi-Site users)
- Number of Pets in Bookings
- Number of Checkins/Checkouts
- Number of Items booked
Examples;
Selecting a tile will open the Scheduler view for the chosen date. This provides direct access to all bookings associated with that day and Area, allowing you to review, manage, and edit bookings without needing to navigate through multiple menus. Keep in mind - If you want to open the scheduler in a new tab on your browser, simply click the booking area you want to view with the middle scroll button on your mouse.

1st October, Daycare - Daycare Item 1 shows a total of 4 bookings. One of these bookings includes 3 dogs, contributing to the overall count of 6.
When using the Multi‑Site plan, you can view the Calendar for each location either combined or individually by selecting the desired option from the location selector located top right of the navigation tool bar.
You can add a quick note to a specific date by selecting the note icon located next to the date. This allows you to capture reminders or additional information that will be visible when viewing the calendar.

Enter details and Save
Once a note has been created, the icon will turn blue. You can hover over the icon to display the note’s message.
